Lots of explosive energy around today. Feeling inspired to get stuck into something and really shake things up a bit.

Looks like another busy day today. Also looks like taking the pooch to the river after collecting some sticks and playing "catch the stick in the water". I had actually hoped to do that as it's Australia Day today. It would be nice to lay off the work aspect and have some fun.

Another work orientated day, though this one feels more enjoyable. Focusing on one thing at a time, plodding away happily letting the world go by at its own pace.

Thought I'd pull two cards for a change. Good to practise my blending skills.
Well, well, well. It looks like someone is refusing to look at a situation that's coming to an end. Wonder who that might be?

"Tip toe through the tulips ... " A nice relaxing time for all, pooch and I enjoying the great outdoors (although it's supposed to be raining, just for something different!)

I don't see this as "work" per se, I often see this as a card of distraction. Focusing my attention elsewhere so I don't have to think about or deal with things.

The Star popped out so I've included it in the read.
Renewed faith and feeling a bit more inspired to look into what car I can now buy after the accident. I also see the Star as a healing card ... both physical and emotional (my ribs are still killing me!) - being in a better place after another Tower moment. I can now see what possibilities there are.

I see this as a warning not to raid the emergency funds that are tucked away, especially on something I may feel pressured to buy from the past, which doesn't have relevance now.

I treated myself to a few new decks. I have wanted a "dog" deck for some time but was unable to find one with artwork that wasn't too "cheesy". Already having Mickie's cat deck, I thought this deck would be a good addition.

What a lovely card for the day. Just what I needed to see! A new, positive, happy outlook for a change.

I also drew the Hermit earlier this evening in another deck during a reading. I have also had an owl sitting outside my bedroom for the past few nights. Feels like I need to really spend some time going deep to gain some inner wisdom to enable me to see the bigger picture. Time to revisit some meditation.

Beware of someone trying to sneak away from something today (responsibilities, not being straightforward, trying to avoid the heat, confrontation etc). Or simply someone not telling the truth in an effort to get away with something.

(I bought this deck the other day, as I loved the images. It's the cheapest Tarot deck I've ever purchased and the first that didn't have a little white book. The publisher didn't even bother to put the author's name of the box! I had to download the digital booklet and still can't find his name. And, I had such an awful time trying to get the cards out of the cheaply made box that it ripped. Aaaaargh! Shame, shame, shame on the publisher. Such a lovely little deck).
Now I've got that off my chest ...
As soon as I saw the adorable little fox curled up asleep in his den, it made me think of my pup when it's a bit nippy and he's curled up on the lounge. That is certainly what I would like to be doing later today, especially as it's a cold, windy and wet autumn day. Unfortunately though, I have to trek into the big smoke for physio and to run some errands. I do hope no-one with a big gun is going to disturb pup whilst I'm away!

The Chariot was a jumper. Looking at these two cards as a combo, I need to start doing research where to go if the house sells. The Charioteer is holding his hands up as if to say "well, where am I supposed to go?"

Same card as yesterday though I feel the emphasis is on enjoyment and children, or at least the pleasures we derive when we let ourselves go back to our inner child.
