Do you relate to your birth card(s)? If so, how do you feel they relate, if you don't, why?
If you haven't worked out your birth card, I can give you an example using Mary K Greer's method,
You need to add the day+month+ year together E.g 7th July 1974 (7+7+1974= 1988) You then reduce this down by adding 1+9+8+8 (total = 27) If the figure you come to is greater than 22, you add the 2 numbers together (2+7=9) Your birth card is 9 The Hermit. Your shadow card is 18 The Moon 1+8 =9
If your birth number adds up to less than 22, then the number you get us your birth card, So for example, your total came to 15 The Devil, to find your shadow card you add 1+5 =6 Lovers.
I'm happy to work out your birth cards if you get stuck, just hit me up on here.

1+9+8+9=27
2+7=9

Your birth card is also called your soul card, it's who your soul is, it's intrinsic to how you live your life.

It suggests you're resilient, patient and try hard to practice restraint. You're shadow card suggests you're extremely optimistic and feel you need to fix (or heal) everything/everyone.

17 is the other connotation for reaching the number 8.

55 so for example rather than drawing a card ( significator ) the person you are reading for when doing a reading you could use this sort of method by using the birth and shadow card as a representation of that person? Does that make sense?

You could. I don't use significators though, as I feel all the cards should be available to fall in to the reading if necessary, by using a significator you're reducing the probability of the card representing a message (if that makes sense).

Thank you 55, personally myself like you I never use a Significator in a reading for that same purpose that you mention, as you say then not all the cards are available. I just thought I'd ask the question for people whom may use that method .

So mine would be:
16+1+1967=1984 1+9+8+4=22 2+2=4 My birth card is The Emperor My shadow card is The Hierophant
If I go to an online birth calculator my birth cards are Death and The Emperor?
