When we are hurting, we tend to project it on to others. Nobody else is responsible for how you react.
Hurtful comments can be met with the response "I never realised you felt that way".
Don't be sh*tty to someone because somebody else was sh*tty to you, that's how wars start.

That toxic ex, that high school b*tch, the horrible work colleague.....in fact all those messed up individuals that took their issues out on you, they all taught you something. Hopefully their lessons were how not to treat people, but it has helped shape you.

When life sucks, it's easy to forget that there are small blessings to be grateful for. If you're reading this....congratulations,  you made it through another 24 hours, that in itself is something beautiful.

'Revenge is best served cold' is a rather unhealthy dish. 
When we plan revenge it means we'restuck in a past issue, it gives the other person power over us and can become damaging to ourself's. 
You don't have to forget the hurt someone caused you, you don't even have to forgive them, but holding your head high and ignoring that person will serve as the best revenge. People who hurt others expect some retaliation,  by not giving  a f*ck, it will play on their mind until the guilt takes over

Seriously, unless there is a 'danger to life' weather warning......go outside, get in to nature and just do something, plant some seeds, hug a tree, sweep your path.
Tapping in to earth energy is a great way to recharge your self and discharge the icky. 
Do your energy levels a favour.

We can never know what somebody else is dealing with. 
People with depression have wonderful smiles.
The person struggling with their perception if their body shape will make the first 'joke' about being too fat or too skinny.
People break into giggles when they're scared, embarrassed, upset or angry.
People can be aggressive or rude when they don't understand something.
Be kind to everybody. Not because they are nice, but because you are.

Do not leave your brain unattended!
If you allow your grey matter to have free rein, you're asking for trouble. It speaks a lot of cr*p, a lot of the time. It lives in 'what if' land and finds all kinds of ways to get your attention. 
When your brain starts telling you it's impossible, it's not going to work, or you don't deserve something good, phone a friend and ask your soul what the answer is.
