Stop trying to 'spiritual' your way out of your problems. Only seeking positivity doesn't allow for growth. You literally have to feel the feels, and go through the cr*p. You can't heal trauma and pain without working through it first, and it's a loooooong process, peeling away the layer after layer. Do the work, reap the benefits.
